User Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to build a strong connection between Vendor and Customer. Kindly read and understand the mentioned terms carefully before using Mixpro.pk products.
Period of Order :
All orders will be shipped only in working days of company although public holidays and weekends are not including in this shipping period. Before departure your order our company’s delivery staff will be in touch with you through mobile phones or electronic devices.
Delivery and Payment Method:
Delivery will be on your door step, as well as delivery staff will collect the cash according to the company’s payments policy which are Cash on delivery (COD), Bank payments and even through Easy Paisa.
Dealing Areas:
You can replace your order within Pakistan. As such, we are not dealing our products on international level.
Rules and Regulations:
- After your order our company will legally allow to collect your information which is required and it will be highly confidential.
- Before your experience with pk customer must read all general rules and regulations and also agree with all mentioned terms and conditions.
We hope through this agreement you will fix a good bond with us, and you will prove as a cooperative client for this company.
Exchange and Return Policy:
We are also having exchange and return policy for our customers according to company’s policy:
- In case of exchange or return the product customer has option of 3 days (these three days will start from the day you get the parcel) to decide and as well as inform us within given period for exchange.
- Customer can only send the parcel back to the company within five days after receiving the order.
- Customer is responsible to pay the courier charges in order to sending back the parcel.
- Company will not charge any fee or cost in case of sending wrong parcel to its customer, and if a customer wants to exchange his/her product on his/her personal choice then the customer has to pay additional charges of Rs/- 200 to the company.
